Penny Ashby opened Appellon Resources in Brecon, Powys in November 2008 after 17 years in the search and selection industry in New Zealand and Australia. The advancements in technology over the last decade have given consultants the opportunity to provide a personal and tailored service to their clients and their candidates wherever they are in the world.
